to CP's already unmatched Olympic picture collection, the collection
makes the CP Picture Archive the place to go for pictures of Canada's
top athletes. Canadian sport federations, affiliated with the COA,
its sponsors and all registered archive users are now able to access
and search pictures quickly over the Internet. |

Portraits by Irma Coucill
Drawings by one of Canada's most renowned
interpreters of historical personalities. The collection of 82
biographical sketches, that appear in the book, Canada's Prime
Minister, Governors General and Fathers of Confederation, highlight
the people behind the decisions which led our nation through such
major events as Confederation, the world wars, the Great Depression,
repatriation of the constitution and the challenge of free trade. |
